Bubba Gump Shrimp Co in Denver, CO is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join their team!!

The Retail Manager is responsible for staff schedules and meeting labor goals, inventories and controlling shrinkage, maintaining exceptional product knowledge as well as merchandising and visuals and effectively training staff to uphold these expectations. The Retail Manager will also hold departmental meetings and be responsible for timely management and staff reviews.

The Retail Manager candidate must have at least 2+ years experience as a Retail Manager with a total of 5 years retail experience and volume in excess of $2 million. Specialty retail background with experience in merchandising softlines and hardlines.

Must have the ability to direct Assistant Retail Managers and multiple employees to drive sales. Must display a positive and team player attitude, possess excellent communication skills, be analytical and detail oriented.
