Front Manager Duties: The Front Manager Manager is responsible for insuring excellence in guest satisfaction through effective training and development of hourly and management staff, having a positive and committed " Do Whatever It Takes" attitude. Must have a hands on/lead by example management style. The Frontl Manager is responsible for budgeting, driving sales and meeting established goals.

Must show proven tenure in the industry with at least 2+ years of successfully managing at the Senior Manger level in medium to high volume full service restaurants. Experience as a regional manager a plus. Must hold strong leadership skills and be a well versed in budgets, P&L's, training and development of management/hourly staff to guide a team in producing the highest quality product and guest service.
