Seeking an experienced F&B Director to provide strategic and operational oversight of Hilton Bellevue's Restaurant, Kitchen, Banquet, Tully's and Concierge operations. Must have experience in a large hotel setting. Requires experience in leading a seasoned operational team to drive guest satisfaction and profit improvement. Prefer experience with restaurant marketing, leadership development and managing to meet/exceed company goals and objectives. Requires strong knowledge of financials, F&B operations, and leadership effectiveness.
