1. Provide personalized services to the Resort?s guests
and Club Members.

2. Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, escorting them
to the Front Desk for check-in.

3. Provide necessary collateral material for
informational purposes.

4. Maintain a flexible working schedule in accordance
with the needs of guests.

5. Provide information on Boca Raton and the Resort
facilities and activities to guests upon requests,
upselling wherever possible.

6. Provide general concierge services to all guests of
the Resort, including dining reservations.

7. Respond to all guest complaints and problems ensuring
all departments concerned are informed.

8. Prepare and retain daily logs and agendas for guests
according to their requests.

9. Must be able to stand or walk for duration of shift,
(eight hours minimum).

10. Perform other duties as assigned.

11. Perform other related duties as assigned or
requested by supervisors/managers.
