Job Description
The Spa Therapist Supervisor will lead by example and
will support the Spa Operations Manager or Spa Director
if absent to make sure the Spa operation runs smoothly
and up to standards.
The Spa Therapist Supervisor is responsible for guest
satisfaction in the spa by performing services that
exceed Guest expectations and maintaining Mokara Hotel &
Spa standards throughout all procedures. Guest Safety is
a priority before, during, and after Spa Treatments.
Appointments will occur at reserved time with no delay.
The Spa Therapist Supervisor will maintain the
cleanliness of the massage rooms in a professional
manner at all times. Therapist will focus on exceeding
guest expectations by relaying guest preferences to be
placed in Guest History.
Performs body treatments/ massages and facials for
guests and maintains treatment rooms and supplies.
Performs administrative tasks such as product orders,
inventory, conduct training for new hires, protocols,
SOP?s, scheduling.
Attends all OMNI & Mokara Hotel trainings and meetings
as required.
Utilizes product efficiently, maintains product
inventory, cleanliness, organization and excellent
customer service.
Job Requirements
State of Texas license required (Massage Therapist and
Aesthetician)
High school level reading, writing and mathematical
skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Physically able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours.
Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
CPR certification required.
Bi-lingual abilities desirable.
Able to remain calm and professional in a busy
environment
Ability to think and respond quickly to issues or guest
needs
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Computer literate
Detail oriented
Good interpersonal, organizational and professional
skills
Must be flexible and adapt easily
Energetic, enthusiastic and motivational
