Corporate Administrative Assistant

Essential Responsibilities:
1. Telephone Switchboard.
2. Greet Office Visitors and Prepare Boardrooms for meetings as necessary.
3. Stamp all out going mail and deliver to post box.
4. Receive, Sort and Distribute mail.
5. Prepare outgoing Fed Ex shipments
6. Order Office Supplies (Food, Beverages and Office Supplies.)
7. Build spreadsheets using formulas for statistical analysis
8. Develop Power Point presentations using sound, video clips and photos.
9. Create marketing brochures to assist Sales and E Commerce
10. Manage the WCG email accounts - to activate, change or deactivate user accounts.
11. Notarize documents as needed.
12. Run errands as requested by management.
13. Maintain office equipment as needed including arranging for service calls.
14. Other assignments as directed by management.
