Job Description
Responsible for booking all markets with the emphasis on
short term, high rated and less price sensitive
business. To merchandise as skillfully as possible the
guest rooms and function space to maximize revenue
potential for the hotel and to ensure that the Customer
has the best possible meeting experience.
Prospecting
* Responsible for prospecting all market segments
except for business tours
* Achieve lead goals as assigned by Director of Sales
* Prospect all ACP Express accounts and Express mail
response cards
* Follow up with corresponding Sales Manager to
determine status of all leads surfaced
Job Requirements
Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment
required. 1 to 3 years experience in hotel operation
preferred, with a strong background with full service
properties. Ability to manager the customer decision and
relationship process. Ability to communicate issues and
concerns at all levels of the organization. Self starter
with a positive attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Word,
Excel and database tools.
