Job Description
Duties include patrolling the floors, monitoring associates,
visitors, vendors and contractors in and out of the building. Provide
key control, handling of lost and found items, monitor and operating
the CCTV system; utilize multiple computers for various security
applications. Provide outstanding customer service when interacting
with the guest, employees and condo residents. Writing reports and
keeping accurate daily activity logs. Assist other operating
departments as needed to complete tasks.
Job Requirements
* Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods
of time.
* Must have excellent computer skills and have the
ability to lift 50 lbs at times.
* The ability to multi-task and have excellent written
and verbal communication and organizational skills
and is a must for the position.
* Previous security experience in hospitality/police
or military preferred.
* Have the flexibility to work all shifts as needed
including weekends and holidays.
