Must possess knowledge of general building/facility
maintenance duties including, but not limited to, minor
Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, HVAC etc.
Must possess at least 2 years experience in the
Maintenance field. Interpersonal skills, ability to deal
effectively and courteously with department/resort
staff, guests and outside vendors. Must be able to read,
write and speak English, possess a minimum of a high
school diploma or equivalent and have the ability to
work independently.
