Our valued Associates, who make up the Oakwood team, play a critical role in enabling Oakwood to achieve its steady record of success. At Oakwood, we recognize that our Associates are vital in fulfilling our mission of delivering world-class service to our internal and external clients alike.

We are currently growing our Centralized team and seeking an Insurance Hotel Liason in Phoenix at our Worldwide Sales and Service Center. The office is located in north Phoenix off Highway 17 and Dunlap Avenue. The Insurance Hotel Liaison is responsible for working with insurance claims adjusters and their clients to secure hotel accommodations. Specifically, the Insurance Hotel Liaison makes hotel reservations and sets up billing with hotels for displaced insurance clients.

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Work with preferred hotel providers requesting availability and rate information.
* Take hotel reservation information from insurance claims adjuster, Account Manager, or directly from client.
* Perform accurate data entry of the reservation in OTIS, Siebel, and other systems as required.
* Prepare related documents to send to clients and hotels.
* Communicate clearly with customers on the telephone, maintaining a professional demeanor throughout.
* Deliver superior customer service to both Oakwood's internal and external customers, including peers, in their daily duties.
* Type, talk and engage the customer simultaneously while creating interest for Oakwood's services and benefits.  Ability to handle multiple computer programs while speaking with clients
* Manage high volume of hotel requests coming through internal systems, email and phone.
* Display positive and energized demeanor and behavior that consistently demonstrate a "can do attitude".
* Prepare documentation and maintain accurate records for monthly reports or as needed.
* Schedule and complete job activities as well as follow up with clients. 

BEST CANDIDATES WILL HAVE 
* Two Years college experience or equivalent business related experience.
* Sales and/or hospitality reservation experience preferred.
* Siebel and GDS experience preferred. Must have the ability to analyze problems and recommend solutions.
* Strong communication, and customer service skills
* Strong follow-up skills
* Highly motivated and detail oriented, with the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks
* Ability to adapt to an ever changing, high energy, high volume environment
