We are currently searching for a service professional who wishes to join one of the finest service teams in Scottsdale. Our exquisite 300+ seat restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner both in and out of doors. Not only will our food and service impress the most discerning of clientele, but with Camelback Mountain in the background, it is difficult to not delight. The service provided by our team meets and exceeds the quality of a 4 Diamond restaurant. Our selected candidates will possess previous Server experience, ideally within a high volume, fine dining environment. Experience within an independent or chain restaurant, country club, or hotel operation is necessary. Exceptional food and beverage knowledge required. Ideal candidate will have exceptionally high service standards, and the talents to successfully engage our guests. Exceptional communication and team player attitude is the gold standard. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AVERAGE % OF TIME 60% Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests, using suggestive selling techniques. Clear tables during service. Control guest checks and secure proper payment. 20% Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by the Restaurant Supervisor/Manager. 20% Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment.
