Job Description
Knowledge of general maintenance procedures and training or experience in the field of commercial kitchen equipment repair.
Job Requirements
* Replace damaged ceiling tiles, floor tiles, and wall coverings 8%.
* Perform preventative maintenance and repairs to equipment on a scheduled basis 60%.
* Handle routine calls, prioritized by guest service needs 10%.
* Plumbing, drywall repair, carpenter functions, special trade 5%.
