Thompson Hospitality is seeking a dynamic District Manager for our Southeast region (Florida and Georgia). This is a high profile Executive Food Management position with future growth opportunity in University dining.
Ideal candidates will have experience as a District Manager or Multi-Unit management experience for small to medium size accounts along with a hospitality background and past experience overseeing managers and clients in multiple locations.
Requirements:
* Experience engaging clients with a diversified management & student population on campus.
* Forward thinking individual in their management style with the energy and desire to drive campus operations
* Higher Education Dining running board operations is a Must!!
* Familiarity of the trends with campus dining
* Excellent communication skills & innovation challenging the management team
The successful candidate must be based in Georgia or Florida. Relocation is available along with a very competitive salary and benefits package.
