JOB OVERVIEW

Responsible for processing all merchandise shipments, stocking the sales floor and back stock areas, suggesting reorders timely, assisting in cycle counts and having a positive presence with guests and staff

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1.  Understand and practice Paradise Point's Core Values on a daily basis.
2.  Restock merchandise to the sales floor daily, noting product or categories that need replenishment.
3.  Maintain negative report and aged goods report.
4.  Ensure that daily shipments are processed in at timely fashion from receiving into retail system to ticketing to merchandising, stocking, etc.  
5.  Ensure absolute accuracy on ticketing sku's.
6.  Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and housekeeping duties.
7.  Communicate merchandise needs to management ensuring adequate stock at all times.
8.  Ensure that price changes on existing merchandise are done timely and accurately.
9.  Participate in quarterly inventories and monthly cycle counts.
10.  Consistently stock the cash wrap area with necessary wrap supplies.
11.  If working in guest areas, anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
12.  Match invoiced merchandise to received copy of the merchandise order and work with the Director of Retail and vendors on any discrepancies and damages.
13.  Processes merchandise change orders as needed and directed by the Director of Retail.
