Richfield is currently seeking dynamic leaders for the position of Feasibility Analyst. The Feasibility Analyst is responsible for the analysis and creation of feasibility studies including break-even analysis, proforma?s, forecasting models, use of comprehensive P&L statements for potential clients. This position will successfully manage efforts in the collection and analysis of competitive data, market research, company profiles, industry trends and other related duties as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work closely with all members of the Business Development Group in underwriting hotel acquisition opportunities and supporting the department?s administrative functions, including transaction summary writing, conducting market research and maintaining databases.
- Analyze hotel financial statements.
- Generate operating proformas for acquisitions, development projects and management contract proposals.
- Prepare financial modeling for acquisitions, including debt sizing, joint venture equity waterfalls, and return analysis.
- Conduct both field based and in-house market research for acquisitions and management contract opportunities.
- Produce and maintain collateral materials for presentations to lenders, capital providers, and hotel owners.
Required Skills and Requisites
- BS degree in Hotel Administration and/or Real Estate Finance.
- One to three years of work experience or internship in hospitality finance, real estate or hotel operations.
- Strong business writing and communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, work in a fast-paced environment and manage time wisely to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently while also maintaining rapport with other team members.
- Strong organizational skills.
