* Ensure all guests are greeted and assisted accordingly
* Handle all incoming, outgoing storage of luggage by ensuring that all records are logged and maintained accordingly
* Provide lift duty at the lobby
* Ensure the lift is clean and in good condition
* Provide door duty at the front and side entrances
* Deliver facsimiles, letters, messages, parcels and air tickets to guest rooms and internal offices
* Sort out daily morning and afternoon newspapers and deliver to occupied guest rooms
* Keep the working areas clean and tidy
* Be knowledgeable of all in-house events and functions as well as transportation and other public facilities in the greater Nihonbashi area
* Be well versed on all the facilities and services available in the hotel
* Assist with keeping the main driveway clear
* Ensure good coordination with Front Office, bellmen, guest relation officers, etc.
