1. Report to work on time and in uniform. Punch and sign
in
2. Check station sheet for assigned station. Perform
opening /closing duties assigned to your work
3. Verify bar order and deliver bar supplies from
storeroom to all bars.
4. Continuously replenish ice to all bars throughout the
day.
5. Replenish all soda, liquor, beer, wine, soda, frozen
drink machines and any other bar supplies
necessary to maintain par levels throughout the day.
6. Report any maintenance work, damage or missing items
to the manager
7. Remove dishes/utensils when guest/members have
completed their food/beverages
8. Assist bartenders, guest, and members whenever
necessary. Answer all question to the best
best of your ability
9. Greet guest and members in a friendly professional
manner, use eye contact and smile.
10. Keep work area clean of debris at all time
11. Resolve any problems quickly and to the
guest/members satisfaction. Refer problems to the
Manager on duty.
12. Set and re-set all tables on the bar including the
bar tables in according to the outlet standards
13. Turn in lost and found items to the manager
14. Able to work outside in different types of weather
conditions
15. Perform other related duties as assigned or
requested by supervisors/managers.
16. Active in Responsible Vendor and Food Handlers
program

Converse fluently in English. Must be able to read and
write English. Previous barback experience in high
volume restaurant/hotel. Able to comfortably lift and
carry up to 50 lbs. Above shoulder. Must be able to
stand, stoop or bend for duration of shift (at least 8
hours).
