Job Description

? Will work to keep all hotel equipment, systems, and
areas in good working order.

*This is a night shift position, shift goes from 3pm to
midnight.
* Will assist guest and other associates with any guest
room repairs needed.
* Will work as a team to keep the equipment in a good
and safe working order.

Essential Functions:
* Maintain all mechanical equipment in guestrooms,
public areas, and back of house.
* Assist engineers and mechanics with repairs.
* Clean all work areas and equipment rooms.
* Fill out daily work logs/forms.
* Have thorough understanding of Omni fire alarm
procedures.
* Receive direction from DOE and Chief Engineer on daily
work.

Job Requirements

* 2 years previous building maintenance is required,
hotel experience is preferred.

* Candidate must be able to work between 3pm and 12am.

* HVAC and refrigeration licenses are preferred, but not
required.

* Strong mechanical aptitude is required.

* Other required knowledge: plumbing, basic electrical,
lighting, and some computer skills. Pool equipment
knowledge and maintenance experience is a plus.

* Customer service , communication skills and team
mentality is a must.
