Job Description

Position Summary:

Responsible for steward’s department team members on each shift. Responsible for giving direction to the stewards. Maintain standards and methods of operation. Follow up on all assignments concerning special functions etc., also check to make sure all kitchen outlets are well maintained and clean to standards. 

Job Requirements

One (1) years kitchen cleaning experience as a steward.

Flexible to work any day or shift.

Familiar with the handling of cleaning chemicals and compounds: familiar with cleaning of all types of kitchen equipment.

The understanding of labor budgets and financial statements.

Ability to successfully complete the Serve Safe training class

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Missouri Gaming license.
