Job Details
Responsible for the entire F&B outlets and its operation

(including Stewarding) in close relation with the F&B

Director*:                                                           


* Responsible to supervise the following :




Hiring process, scheduling, payroll, organization of special events,

service's quality delivered in each outlets according to our MOHG

standards, complaints follow up, any communication between the

F&B Director and the outlets or Chefs, training program, up selling

program, etc


* Drive for financial result and objectives for each F&B outlets.

* Responsible for the HACCP Safe and Sound action plan and




its follow up, in close relation with the F&B Director


* Managing any administrative tasks that is requiered for the




position


* Assisting the F&B Director in any special project or tasks that




he/she requires

 

Hospitality bachelor degree

Preferably with luxury hotel or restaurant experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position

Professional grooming

We are looking for someone that is customer focused, multicultural

exposed, friendly, professional, easy to get accustomed to, handle

stress and flexible.
