Job Description

This position is located in Providence, Rhode Island

The qualified candidate must be a strong team leader
with a participative hands on management style having
the ability to juggle multiple tasks on a daily basis.
This position will appeal to energetic individuals
having a minimum of 3 years management experience in a 3
* 4 diamond property. We are seeking Housekeeping
leadership / oversight experience with a working
knowledge of laundry operations.

Job Requirements

? Solid understanding of housekeeping and laundry
supplies and pars
* Ability to teach employees importance of, and how to
greet guests and courteously solve requests
* Ensure that inspection program is consistently
maintained

This position requires an excellent eye for detail,
organized self starter with proven track record in
developing managers while motivating all associates to
ensure peak efficiencies, moral and team spirit.
Working knowledge of supervising in a labor environment.
Strong communication, interpersonal & training skills.
Familiar with purchasing, inventory, profit & loss,
department budget & checkbook management.
BI-lingual English & Spanish is a plus
Working knowledge of Epitome, Kronos & Synergy or
related PMS / operating systems is preferred.
