Job Description

To ensure that all food and beverage service for
functions in the banquet department of the hotel are
served on time.

* Perform all Banquet sidework as designated by the
Banquet Captain.

* Efficiently and properly perform all service
standards.

* Attend to all needs of the guests during functions and
function related duties.

Job Requirements

Three to four years banquet experience is preferred.
Must be able to communicate professionally and show
great guest satisfaction. Must have a flexible schedule
that includes working nights, holidays and weekends if
needed. Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs and stand
on feet for long periods of time (Must be TIPS
certified).
