Job Description
Assist Executive Chef by coordinating and directing all work assignments. Will also be hands on in the Stewarding Department and ensure that organization, sanitation and cost of operation is consistent with the overall food and beverage goals and objective. Position will require to assist Service Express managr and banquet manager in food and beverage areas. This position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the manager based upon the particular requirements of the hotel:

The Westin Los Angeles Airport is seeking candidates who are inspired to be their best, individuals who provide an experience for our guests and teammates that are personal, instinctive and renewing. Our ideal candidate is someone who is committed to providing experiences that are better, different and special. The candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, must be organized, be able to work with ease in a fast paced environment. He/she will possess excellent teamwork and leadership skills, and be an innovator. The candidate must be able to work both mornings and evenings, and be able to work all days of the week, including weekends and holidays. Hotel experience is required.
