Position: Turndown Attendant (PM)

Position Summary:

Primarily responsible for evening turn down service which includes but not limited to: turn down of bed, placement of doorknob breakfast menu, placement of evening amenities, freshening the bathroom, light cleaning of bedroom, turning on lamp and radio and closing drapes. Maintains all guest rooms as assigned in a clean and neat condition. Responds to all service requests. Adheres to all rules, regulations and policies as stated in the Employee Handbook and the Departmental Manual.Notifies housekeeping of any discrepancies in room status. Turns in lost and found items according to hotel standards. Respects and maintains equipment and supplies. Notifies immediate supervisors promptly and fully of all problems or unusual matters of significance. Is polite, friendly, and helpful to the guests, management, and fellow team members. Attends all appropriate hotel meetings and training sessions. Complies with safety regulations and procedures. Complies with hotel uniform and grooming standards. Other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

Previous Housekeeping experience highly preferred. Flexible schedule required. Ability to pull/push and lift 25 + lbs.
