Our Guest Service Agents are a key part of our Front Office team and they are responsible for providing a warm welcome to each guest and ensuring guest satisfaction during their stay. The Guest Service Agent completes guest registrations, establishes guest payment options and updates folio transactions in the Hilton OnQ system; all while providing prompt, courteous and memorable guest service.
