Job Description
Responsible for supervising the AM housekeeping staff
including lobby, turndown and laundry attendants. Duties
and responsibilities include:
* Responding promptly to all incoming phone
calls/requests from guests and hotel staff.
* Maintaining lost and found items from guest rooms,
* Monitoring of computer systems and inventory control
* Responsible for conducting room inspections
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years housekeeping experience.
Strong communication skills a must, bilingual (English
and Spanish) strongly preferred.
Must have excellent time management skills and familiar
with hotel computer programs.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including
weekends and holidays.
Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
