Banquet Manager is responsible for: hiring, training and directing the banquet staff in servicing all the banquet activities; ensuring a successful function and repeat business. Requirements include: comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage preparations; service standards; guest relations and etiquette; and a minimum of two years of banquet captain or food and beverage supervisory experience.

The Red Coat Supervisor will assist the Banquet Manager in managing Banquet operations and provide on-the-spot support for meeting planners. Responsibilities include client and guest relations, implementing banquet / meeting room design layouts and buffet presentations; scheduling and supervising associates. Administrative duties include preparing and posting banquet checks, gratuities, filing and other clerical duties. Requirements: 2 years hotel experience. Will train in Banquet operations
