Job Description
To fully develop the Corporate Group Market in the SE
region as well as all market segments in designated
areas based on deployment both with the emphasis on less
price sensitive business within a specified market
segment concentrating on the solicitation of new
profitable business. To merchandise as skillfully as
possible the guest rooms and function space to maximize
revenue potential for the hotel and to ensure that the
customer has the best possible meeting experience.
To achieve monthly room night goals, develop and
implement sales action plans, maintain positive
interdepartmental communications and to complete special
projects as assigned by the Director of Marketing and
Director of Sales.
Job Requirements
Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in hotel group
sales and have successfully achieved booking goals.
Must maintain an aggressive weekly telephone, site
inspection and personal sales call goals.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Must
demonstrate an ability to close business.
Ability to work in a strong team environment.
