Job Description
DUTIES:
? Willingness to accept the most effective role.
? Prepares area for room service needs.
? Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety and alcohol beverage control policies.
? Helps patrons select food and beverage by suggesting cocktail and drinks; main dishes, compliments and desserts.
? Making sure all condiments for service are included in order taking.
? Transmits order to bar and kitchen by recording patrons choices, identifying patrons special dietary needs and special requests.
? Keeps kitchen staff informed by noting timing of meal progression.
? Serves orders by picking up and delivering patrons choices from bar and kitchen.
? Obtaining revenues by totaling charges, issuing bill and accepting payment, and issuing correct change.
? Contributes to team effort by accomplishing relating results as needed.
