1. Provide Professional Office Support to the Convention
Center Manager, and the Administrative Assistant III.
2. Ensure the correct flow of information,
correspondence and all department paperwork is dealt
with in a timely fashion.
3. Create an atmosphere of professionalism while
ensuring the office is represented, protected and
respected.
4. Maintain all appropriate department records as
required.
5. Maintain Relationships with all internal contacts.
6. Adhere to the policies & procedures of the Boca Raton
Resort & Club.
7. Complete Time boss Schedule, uniform requisitions,
work orders and warehouse requests.
8. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
by supervisors/managers.

Experience in an Assistant or Secretarial position is
preferred. Good verbal & written communication skills
required. Have a good knowledge of computerization ?
DOS/Windows environment. Personal appearance & grooming
commensurate with the position. Able to function as a
representative of the Convention Setup Department. Have
the ability to work independently, maintain
confidentiality, use the available recourses in problem
solving, and defuse potential situations. Consistently
use professional decorum.
Must be able to walk, stand, sit, stoop or bend for
duration of shift [at least (8) hours].
