Job Description
This role is responsible for assisting operational and
personal aspects of the Reservation Sales Floor.
Responsibilities include but not limited to overseeing
the daily performance and quality control of the
reservations sales floor. Logging attendance issues in
the daily record, reporting GRS system issues and
assisting reservations sales associates with problem
solving techniques when they arise. Supervise assigned
team members and provide on-going coaching that supports
Omni?s sales and customer service products. Supervise
sales activity by frequently walking the sales floor and
being highly visible to the Sales Associates.
Communicate with the Reservation Sales Manager any
behaviors and/or performance issues that have a
probability of escalation and document in the
performance database. Conduct appropriate coaching,
assist with training associates on new promotions,
procedures and other items related to sales activities.
Conduct 90 day and annual performance appraisal process.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position will have previous
experience in a call center, preferably in a
reservations environment. Prior supervisory or
management experience with a proven track record for
leadership, maturity, commitment and responsibility.
Above average attendance record and punctuality.
Excellent interpersonal and people skills. The schedule
for the position is Tuesday through Saturday from 3:30
p.m. to 12:00 midnight with Sunday and Monday off.
