The Aquarium Restaurant in Kemah, Texas has an immediate opening for a Kitchen Manager.
The Kitchen Manager will assist and work along side the Senior Kitchen Manager in our high volume kitchen, mentoring kitchen staff, assist in staff schedules, hands on involvement with inventory control, food/labor cost, and kitchen sanitation.
