Job Requirements

- 2-4 years of past hotel experience.
- Front desk experience required, management experience
necessary.
- Professional customer service skills necessary and
multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Strong computer skills.
- Knowledge of credit check, hotel ledger, night audit.
- Handling of guest complaints.
- Ensure that reports are run and checklists are
completed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication is
essential.
- Commitment to all hotel procedures and policies.
- Needs to be able to work various schedules as well as
weekends and holidays.
