restaurant (Pelican Landing) Server talent who thrive on
providing impeccable service in an unhurried atmosphere
of understated elegance. Some bartender experience is
preferred but not necessary for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Learn all Luxury Resorts Fort Lauderdale Collection
Rules and Procedures for assigned area.
* Report all items in disrepair to management promptly.
* Maintain appearance up to the Resort standards.
* Maintain a safe working environment.
* Communicate all issues to management.
* Participate in monthly staff meetings.
* Perform all opening and closing side work and
procedures.
* Assist the dining room attendants with the cleaning
and set up of tables.
* Responsible for the proper table set up in own
stations.
* Responsible for chairs dusting and cleanliness.
* Greet and assist the guest in a timely fashion.

Must currently hold a food safety card (i.e. serve
safe), must be able to stand for an eight hour minimum
during work shift and lift/push/pull a minimum of 50lbs.

fluent English and must be able to work evenings,
weekends, and holidays. This positions requires working
outdoors 100% of the time so must be able to work in the
heat and sun.
