Job Description

BASIC FUNCTION
To provide support to the Human Resources team to
provide quality service to the associates and managers.
Support and promote programs to ensure quality service,
and the retention/training of associates. Deliver
prompt, courteous service in a manner that complies with
Omni standards and company policies and procedures.




ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Employment

* Maintain Requisition Book

* Post, update and maintain Job Openings internally
and on hotel website

* Print and log resume from website

* Maintain Applicant Flow Log and file system

* Pre-screen applicant and refer to Human Resources
Manager and Director of Human Resources for
interviews

* Process candidate criminal background and reference
checks

* Create and maintain New Hire folders and ensure
proper completion of paperwork

* Monitor timeliness and completion of associate
Performance Appraisals

* Conduct monthly departmental bulletin board audits

* Create and distribute monthly ASC Calendar

* Create and distribute monthly newsletter ? Omni News

* Prepare all materials for New Hire Orientation

* Update Department New Hire Checklist as needed




Associate Programs & Benefits
Schedule all monthly meetings: Safety, Ambassador,
Rally, Lunch & Lear, Omni Challenge, etc.
Assist associates with discount program information and
with hotel discounted rates at Omni properties
Update bulletin boards on a weekly and monthly basis
with programs, Power of One, news, etc






Risk Management
Promote and maintain Shoes for Crews program

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Knowledge, Training, & Work
Experience)

* 2 years Human Resources experience within the
Hospitality Industry in an administrative role
preferred

* Excellent customer service skills

* Bilingual in Spanish a plus

* Must have strong English communication,
presentation, training and organizational skills

* Maintain a professional business appearance,
attitude, and performance

* Must be able to multi-task

* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

* Must live within 50 mile radius of hotel
