Responsible for maintaining entire kitchen in a clean and orderly manner.

Other Job Tasks:
• Washes pots, pans, tableware, flatware, and glassware etc. either manually or with automatic equipment.
• Cleans heavy equipment such as ranges, mixers, slicers etc.
• Transports food and equipment to assigned location.
• Disposes garbage in a safe and orderly manner.

 

Requirements:
• Must be able to work weekdays, holidays and weekends. Hours: AM 6am to 2pm or 8am to 4pm. PM 4pm to 12am.
