Position: Cabana Concierge

Position Summary:

Responsible for providing highly personalized, detailed and flawless service to cabana guests commensurate with the demands and expectations of a four-star hotel.  This position may be required to perform a combination of the following supporting functions: Pool Attendant, Pool Concierge, Server and Towel Hut Attendant to be solely determine by manager based upon the particular requirements of the hotel.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

• Excellent guest service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Must be fluent in English, multilingual preferred.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. and pull/push 100 lbs.
• Ability to endure outdoor weather that can reach to 100 + degrees F.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to multi-task
