Bartenders serve beverages and food to guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner, resulting in guest satisfaction. A minimum of one year of bartending experience is required.

Banquet Bartender is a member the Banquet Team. This individual serves food and beverages in a friendly, courteous and professional manner according to IHR's high standards of quality. The ideal candidate will be at least 21 years of age, available to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime. Must have at least one year prior Bartending experience in a fast paced style setting, preferably at a four or five diamond resort property. S/he is also responsible for setting up, maintaining and breaking down banquet bars. This position requires advanced English language communication skills. Position requires the ability to carry trays up to 40 pounds on a regular basis, stand for long periods of time and walk long distances over multiple terrain types. Candidates should be able to communicate in English and have a professional presentation. Prefer to have a minimum of 2 years previous banquet bartending experience and must be able to work Saturdays. May work special events/ holidays for other areas of the food and beverage department, as needed.
