Job Description
PRIMARY SHIFT WILL BE PM SHIFT-- SEEKING A HIGHLY
SKILLED, EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUAL TO PROVIDE
LEADERSHIP WITHIN THE ENTIRE FRONT OFFICE DEPARTMENT.
THIS PERSON WILL ASSIST WITH ALL DAILY OPERATIONS OF THE
FRONT DESK, CONCIERGE, IDEAL SERVICES & BELL/DOOR STAFF.
Job Requirements
COLLEGE DEGREE& PREVIOUS MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED. MUST BE ABLE TO MANAGE
PAYROLL, EXPENSES AND OTHER FINANCIALS WITHIN THE
DEPARTMENT AS WELL AS PROVIDE LEADERSHIP, COACHING,
TRAINING AND PROGRESSIVE DISCIPLINE WHEN NECESSARY.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING APPLICATIONS IS A
PLUS: EPITOME (PMS), OPERA (ORS), SYNERGY, GO CONCIERGE,
MICROS, MICROSOFT ACCESS AND ALL OTHER MICROSOFT
APPLICATIONS.
