Job Description

? Transport soiled dishware, china, glassware, etc.,
from specified areas to the dish machines.

* Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, china, utensils,
glassware, etc.

* Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen equipment.

* Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen area, floors,
walls, etc.

* Completes other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Be able to bend repetitively, and be on foot for most of
the shift. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have
at least one year of previous cleaning experience in a
similar environment. Good communication skills. Team
Player.
