Job Description:	We are looking for an organized individual to join our sales team in the support function. Tasks include pre-blocking rooms for group block check-ins, answering sales inquiries in absence of Sales Managers, responding to online inquiries for guestrooms and meeting space, conducting site visits and various other administrative tasks. Sales managers depend on our sales coordinators to help them in booking new business and also maintaining existing accounts.
Job Requirements:	Stellar organization skills and attention to detail are the two main qualities we are looking for. The candidate must be very comfortable with technology and pick up on new systems quickly. We are also looking for FLEXIBILITY. Our sales team is very talented and has the ability to wear multiple hats. Each member of our sales team supports the other when the need exists and this helps to provide our guests with a seamless experience. The ideal candidate will also be very personable and good with client-facing as he/she will be interacting with clients in-house/over the phone on a regular bases. Candidate must be comfortable with MS Excel, Word,Publisher, and Delphi.
