THE SERVICE COMPANIES were founded in 1987 to provide outsourced housekeeping services to the hospitality industry in southern Florida. Incorporated as the Southern Service Corporation or SSC, we started in one Ritz-Carlton property then quickly expanded into other Ritz-Carlton properties across the nation and Caribbean. Growing via word-of-mouth recommendations, SSC has become a national leader in luxury hotel outsourcing.
In 2000, we were approached by Harrah's and MGM Mirage with opportunities to expand into the gaming industry. We immediately began learning everything we could about the gaming industry, hiring a team of experienced casino managers to lead the effort. We founded Full Service Systems or FSS to focus exclusively on the gaming industry in 2000. Today we are proud to be one of the largest one-stop shop providers of outsourcing services in the gaming industry.
Also in 2000, due to our reputation as a one-stop shop of hospitality experts, we were invited to offer our services to malls and vacation ownership resorts. Through successful relationships with clients such as Wyndham Resorts, Hyatt Hotels, Four Seasons, Diamond Resorts and Underground Atlanta, we have steadily grown into leaders in these markets.
