In 1984, two friends from Cornell University founded Sage Hospitality Resources.
Through the years, we've grown from a two-man operation into one of the leading hotel management and development companies across the U.S. At the heart of Sage are our people. With them, we are able to put into action our management philosophy to exceed the expectations of everyone, from our associates and owners to guests. Our extensive management experience covers limited, focused and full service hotels as well as independent and boutique properties. With our team of talented associates headquartered in Denver and our outstanding presence in the field, weve managed more than 250 properties in 32 states including Marriott, Hilton, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Cendant, Choice, and Sheraton.

Through our work in urban revitalization we're able to preserve cultural treasures by converting blighted, historic buildings into first-class hotels. Since we opened our doors, weve invested millions in urban development. Some of our most prominent historic projects include: Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Denver, Courtyard by Marriott San Diego, Renaissance Pittsburgh Hotel, and Residence Inn by Marriott Downtown Milwaukee.

We are rapidly growing with the addition of our Coco Key Water Resorts! These full-service properties have large indoor/outdoor water resorts located on the hotel property. 3 Properties are opening late fall of 2006 and many more to follow. Splash into a new career!
