We are a growing and diverse hospitality company currently operating 18 hotels including Holiday Inn & Suites, Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites, Comfort Suites and Comfort Inn & Suites in the great states of Texas and Oklahoma.
Our company was founded in 1992 by Raj Patel, President and CEO, and his wife Mina Patel, Executive Vice President as they acquired their first two hotels in Durant and Atoka, Oklahoma. The company is strategically poised to continue its planned growth to encompass 50 hotels within the next 10+ years. In 2010, we built and opened the Holiday Inn & Suites South located in an upscale neighborhood in Tulsa, Oklahoma. So far, in 2011, Premier has acquired and successfully converted two new properties into our family, Holiday Inn Express & Suites located in Denison, Texas and the new Hampton Inn & Suites located in Durant, Oklahoma. In our land portfolio we have multiple pieces of property to begin construction on as early as fourth quarter 2011 with the next properties coming as a Hilton Garden Inn located in Ardmore, Oklahoma to a full service Holiday Inn & Suites located in Edmond, Oklahoma. Therefore, during this last great recession, our mid-sized company stood firm in their convictions, made some dramatic decisions and pushed forward to keep the promise of growth with this company, not a mere dream but a thriving reality.
