The company operates 40 (36 owned and managed; 3 franchised, one in development) first-class and luxury hotels and resorts throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico. More than 80 percent of Omni Hotels are rated AAA Four Diamond properties, while one is rated AAA Five Diamond. Omni is proud to be the first hotel chain to offer free wi-fi access in guest rooms and public areas at all locations, and remains the only hotel chain to remove adult movies from all of its properties. Omni was also the first luxury hotel brand to offer in-room exercise equipment with its Get Fit Kits, which are free of charge, and its Get Fit Guest Rooms, which feature treadmills for a minimal fee.
Frequent guests of Omni Hotels are encouraged to enroll in the Omni Select Guest program, which focuses on guest recognition and personalized services. Guests can earn 500 airline miles per qualifying stay for most business, leisure, government, and group rates. They also receive early check-in and late check-out privileges, personal preferences and amenities such as pillow type, morning beverage service and choice of newspaper, nightly turndown service and room refresh, and preferred room availability. Select Guests often receive special surprises, including coupons for 50 percent off weekend night stays and complimentary room upgrades. Omni also offers the Omni Kids program that caters to its youngest guests. Children receive a goodie bag upon check-in filled with an activity book, crayons, post cards, and other toys and treats to make their stay more enjoyable.
