Noble's management division is an award-winning operator of independent destination resorts and branded upscale hotels affiliated with Marriott, Hyatt, Starwood, Hilton, and IHG. Currently, Noble operates more than 8,000 hotel and resort guest rooms, convention and conference centers with approximately 1,000,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, as well as championship golf, day and resort spa's, upscale restaurants, and branded retail coffee stores.

Medical Insurance: Three plan options are available at every Noble location. These plans are available to all full time team members and their families from United Health Care. Noble and our team members share in the monthly premium costs.
Dental Insurance: The plans are available to all full time team members and their families from MetLife. Noble and our team members share in the monthly premium costs.
Vision Insurance: The plans are available to all full time team members and their families from Vision Service Plan on a voluntary basis.
Short Term Disability Insurance: The plans are available to full time team members and their families from Unum Provident on a voluntary and company paid basis depending on position.
Long Term Disability Insurance: The plans are available to full time team members and their families from Unum Provident on a voluntary and company paid basis depending on position.
Cancer, Accident and Disability: The plans are available to team members and their families from Aflac on a voluntary and company paid basis depending on geographic location.
Basic Life Insurance: $15,000 and $50,000 policies depending on position available to all team members enrolled in our medical insurance program from Unum Provident at no additional cost to our team members.
Voluntary Term Life Insurance: Plans are available to all full time team members and their families from Unum Provident on a voluntary basis.
Team members may purchase additional term life insurance on a guarantee issue up to $150,000.
401-k Retirement Plan: Available to full time team members from Great West Retirement Services. Noble's plan matches $1.00 for every $1.00 deferred by team members up to the first 3% of pay and $.50 for every $1.00 deferred up to the next 2% of pay. Team members are always 100% vested in their investment contributions and Noble's employer match contributions.
