Tools to do the job right.
Managers at MasterCorp are initiated to the timeshare resort housekeeping business through an intense five-day training program (at an existing MasterCorp client resort), called "Boot Camp." After completion of Boot Camp, managers typically are trained in the field by supervising managers (i.e. District or Regional managers) and are invited to a three-day Manager-in-Training seminar at our MasterCorp headquarters facility in Crossville, TN. Subsequently, on going manager training is obtained via MasterCorp's proprietary online training modules program with courses ranging from carpet cleaning basics to top-level contract negotiations. Additionally, all MasterCorp managers are required to attend a refresher M.I.T. course once each calendar year.
