The real estate firm of Legacy Property Group ( www.legacyproperty.com ) and its management subsidiaries, Legacy Restaurant Partners and Legacy Hotel Partners, (collectively, "Company") respond to unique market opportunities while enhancing the built environment. We are Atlanta-based and organized as a core group of diverse professionals. Fluency across multiple real estate and hospitality types, commitment to quality, and the ability to work with partners and local governments have enabled the Company to define and develop innovative projects in the hotel, restaurant, retail, residential, senior housing, and urban mixed-use development arenas. We manage or asset-manage many of the properties we have developed. Our reputation for innovation and positive results has also led to opportunities to provide development and management services to 3rd parties as well. The Company's focus is Georgia and neighboring states. Development projects have ranged in size up to $100 million and often involve complex business structures.

The Company formed Legacy Restaurant Partners (LRP) in 2010, which currently manages ten facilities and has an employee base of almost 300 associates, and Legacy Hotel Partners (LHP) in 2012, which currently manages four hotels and has an expected employee base of nearly 200 by the end of 2013. As a management company, LHP strives to add value to certain Company owned or affiliated hotels.

Newest to the portfolio will be the Embassy Suites Chattanooga / Hamilton Place! Scheduled to open towards the end of the second quarter of 2013, this 203-suite, seven-story hotel will be the sixth Embassy Suites in Tennessee and one of the first in the state to feature the brand's latest design concept, Design Option III. The hotel will proudly feature Ruth's Chris Steakhouse inside the property, which will perform all event catering for the hotel and will be open to both hotel guests and local patrons.

In time and subject to continued corporate successes, the Company plans to grow into new lines of business. Depending upon the performance of individual Company team members and the needs of the Company, such an expansion may lead to opportunities for expanded roles and greater responsibility.
