Sedona Resorts will manage the entire resort including the cottage hotel, spa and rental programmes for the villas. Philosophy
Kittitian Hill is a milestone sustainable resort, with a uniquely creative edge. Kittitian Hill has developed a guiding philosophy that is based on the four key aspects: Culture, Society, Economy and Environment. All four elements have been taken into consideration during the development of the resort and are being incorporated into our operations, making Kittitian Hill one of the most sustainable resorts in the world.

Current Situation
Kittitan Hill is scheduled for a soft-opening of certain core components including dining facilities, cottages, golf, villas and a portion of the village in December 2012.

• A cottage model room will be available for review by April 1st.
• Plans are being made for an 'on-island' PR launch of Kittitan Hill and its core components in June 2012.
• The current Opening Strategy is important to carefully control the opening guest experience and to use the initial six month period of operations to focus on introducing the project to sympathetic media and advocates of sustainable development practices, organic farming and "Farm to Table" enthusiasts, etc. Current thinking anticipates an "Invitation Program" that would be offered to select individuals and groups that would include focus group discussions on the product, guest experience and marketing ideas. Of course, it is important to invite as many full paying customers as possible, BUT as we feel comfortable in the guest experience.

During the process of developing Kiititian Hill to date, the concept has evolved such that Kittitian Hill is now considered a 'destination' which will have a number of commercial entities operating therein. As such, Kittitian Hill will be known as a resort master planned community which features its own postal address: Kittitian Hill, St. Kitts, West Indies.
