Headquartered in St. Louis, MO, IHS manages properties all over the Midwest and in the Cayman Islands. We are located from St. Louis, MO to Davenport, IA and Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. Our services range from restoring buildings into uniquely designed apartments, hotels and restaurants. We have accounting, Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management, Human Resources, Training, Project Construction Management and Hotel Receivership as our services.

IHS has a collection of three hotels; Hotel Blackhawk, located in Davenport, IA. Resplendent from a multimillion-dollar renovation, The Hotel Blackhawk (formerly The Blackhawk Hotel) once again reigns supreme as the Grande Dame of Davenport, Iowa. Since it first opened in 1915, the hotel has served as a home away from home for families, romantics, presidents, movie stars and legendary athletes alike. Now, this majestic landmark reopens with a "something old something new" approach to hospitality and a fresh new focus on modern amenities and rich décor - and all the while keeping a hand in the past under the direction of an artful restoration team. Grand Center Guesthouse; located in St. Louis, MO, the home was a shadow of its former self when it was purchased in 2008, but was lovingly rehabbed and now contains a three suite Guesthouse on the first floor. The Guesthouse also features a parlor, dining room, and kitchen. The upper and lower floors of the house are currently occupied as apartments. The last hotel Treasure Island, located in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, was originally constructed in the 1980's; this 280+ room resort was ravaged by hurricane Ivan in 2004 and rescued from an otherwise uncertain future in 2006 by HIS. The majority of the units are reserved for extended-stay, corporate guests. However, IHS made 50 rooms available for short-stays.

IHS has renovated 5 beautiful restaurants. The first two are in the newly restored Hotel Blackhawk; Bix Bistro and Beignet Done That. Bix Bistro is the perfect setting for intimate receptions, celebrations and business gatherings. Our private and semi-private rooms can accommodate your special occasion and our courteous staff will help plan a memorable event. From an intimate celebration to an extravagant business dinner, your guests will thank you for choosing Bix Bistro for your special event. Satiate your casual side at Beignet Done That®, the doughnut with a French pedigree, and experience a part of America's culinary history. The creative team at Beignet Done That has taken that simple idea, perfected the recipe, added a few tempting twists of its own, and is now pleased to bring this delicious, innovative comfort food to Davenport, Iowa. O'Shay's Pub is a taste of the Irish tradition. This restaurant was recently opened in February. The last two restaurants are located in the beautiful Treasure Island resort in the Caymans.
